GyanBatua is a digital interview-preparation platform. Because access to digital services may begin immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited to specific billing-related situations and verified technical errors.

Cases Where Refunds May Apply

  • Duplicate payment for the same purchase
  • Amount deducted but paid access not activated, subject to verification
  • Verified billing error caused by platform-side payment handling
  • Other exceptional billing cases reviewed by support on a case-by-case basis

Cases That Are Generally Non-Refundable

  • Used or partially used digital plans
  • Completed assessments already consumed after purchase
  • Voice Mock or paid features already used after activation
  • Change of mind after a successful valid purchase
  • Dissatisfaction based on interview results or hiring outcomes

Interview outcomes depend on many factors beyond the platform, so purchases do not guarantee hiring success.

How to Request Refund Review

If you believe your case qualifies for refund review, contact support and share the following:

  • transaction ID
  • payment date
  • payment amount
  • description of issue
  • screenshot if available

Review and Timelines

Refund-related requests are reviewed after payment verification. If a case is approved, settlement time may vary depending on the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment processor.
